Over the generations, our family has inherited a number of paintings by family members, some of which are of historical interest. Many date from before photography, and especially colour photography, was common place.
This site makes some of these painting publicly available for historians and researchers, subject to the copyright restriction noted below.

- Over 120 paintings of windmills, many now lost
- 95 sketches of World War 1 soldiers convalescing from wounds
- 31 paintings of London bedecked for national celebrations in the period 1919 – 1937
